Stephen J. Lampard is a veteran of New York City engineering and construction. As a licensed NYS Professional Engineer working in the inspection and materials testing business, he has been at the forefront of creating Domani Inspection Services and L.M.C. Materials Testing LLC with an eye on satisfying not only the 2008 New York City building code requirements but the new pending 2014 New York City Building Code. Stephen has recently published articles on recent trends in building monitoring protocol required by Chapter 33 of the New York City Building Code and has conducted open forum discussions with some of New York City's top private developers on the importance of establishing pre-construction trial testing for field operations with respects testing high strength concrete.
As a principal of L.M.C. Materials Testing, Frank oversees and supports the administrative functions ensuring proper policies and procedures are followed. Frank assists with the development and quality control of all protocols to ensure compliance.
As one of the founding members, Christopher Cox oversees the day-to-day operations and is responsible for developing the strategic operating plans that reflect the long term objectives and priorities of L.M.C. Materials Testing LLC. Christopher's duties include oversight of all staff performance and development goals, implementing and maintaining financial control systems as well as directing strategy towards the profitable growth and operation of the company.
