As President of CR Safety, Matt oversees the company’s operations and development. Matt is responsible for overseeing all project management and contract administration, financial oversight, development and implementation of new policies and procedures.
As Executive Vice President of Operations, Christopher Cox oversees the day-to-day operations and is responsible for developing the strategic operating plans that reflect the long-term objectives and priorities of CR Safety. Christopher’s duties include oversight of all staff performance and development goals, implementing and maintaining financial control systems as well as directing strategies for the profitable growth and operation of the company.
As Director of Safety, Frank Marino works with the President on all site safety and labor projects. Frank is responsible for overseeing the quality and effectiveness of site safety work, business development strategy, staff recruitment and development, and client relations to ensure that all work is performed to their satisfaction.
