Sangeeta Bhatia
Executive Vice President of Finance and Administrative Services

As Executive Vice President of Finance and Administrative Services, Sangeeta has run CR Services’ financial division since 1995. Sangeeta is responsible for the performance and oversight of financials for all CR Services companies, as well as handling the filing and processing of financial reports with regulatory agencies. Along with the administrative staff she supervises, Sangeeta is responsible for accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, billing, collections, and payroll. Sangeeta also manages all company insurances with clients.

Patricia Pastor
Legal Counsel

Patricia is an experienced business attorney whose practice is focused on advising and counseling businesses and employers and representing management in legal proceedings. Patricia renders legal opinions to management on a variety of pertinent issues, negotiates contracts, ensures the company’s compliance with federal and state laws, and advises management on contracts, corporate transactions, intellectual property and employment matters. She represents the company at administrative hearings and judicial proceedings and resolves legal disputes.

Alessandra Ripley
Vice President of Marketing & Operational Administration

Alessandra is responsible for the integration of business processes, procedures and management of all marketing efforts. Alessandra is the key person accountable for the company’s social media presence, advertising and publication placement. As VP of MOA, Alessandra is the lead for coordination between clients and the operational divisions. She is also responsible for management of facilities, information technology and program management analysis unit. She is CR Services’ representative for all industry specific organizations.

Stephanie Soloman
Director of Accounting and Administration

Stephanie is responsible for overseeing all accounting and billing and supporting the Senior Vice President with all office administration. With over four years of experience, Stephanie brings a high level of expertise to her job.
